Archiving orders

Orders can be archived in the production queue. Once archived the orders will no longer show up in the productions queue, Orders queue, Order control centre or on reports. The will show up however if the order number is used to search under get info.

To archive an order from production

1. from production select the orders you would like to archive

2. Using the Action to selected dropdown select archive

The system will confirm you want to archive the orders

Confirm by clicking the Archive button and the orders will be archived.

To Archive an order from the archive folder

1. Select archive / Archive orders in the left menu

Here you can see all past archived orders

Click the archive orders button

Here you can select the company and status of the orders you want to archive

Clicking get info will tell you how many orders will be archived

Clicking Archive will Archive the orders
