Difference Between Guest And Generic Users

Modified on Wed, Feb 14, 2018 at 3:05 PM

A guest user can look at products and add to cart but they must create an account before checking out.

A generic user is a shared user, all orders are placed under the same username, the user does not have access to my account or assets or addresses or past orders (past orders can be seen when role is generic with history which relies on cookies to know who they are).
