Q. is it possible to send the production email in the Producer's email notification:
A.
1) To set automatic processing go to company advanced > Process Type for Custom Products section- set process type to automatic. This will create the pdf when the order is placed. The job name is a link to the pdf in the notification email. This is for Custom Block Products only.
2) To have a job ticket email sent with the file attached, there must be a goprint2 account set up by us. Goprint2 is an additional subscription based service that allows job tickets to be forwarded with the production files and other material.
