Occasionally production emails are not received, these files can be resent in production.
From the production screen click the drop down labeled Queue and select Jost Send XML.
2. Select the jobs you would like to resend or tick the select all box at the top of the jobs.
3. Click Process / Send XML button.
The emails will then be processed and resent.
