Production Facility

To use production facility please contact administration and see if it is part of your package.

Go to Producer Settings --> Options --> Production Facility

ADDRESS

Enter the address of the production facility. If you have GoPrint2 enabled you can connect an account to it. GoPrint2 is an additional add on that sends an email with the job ticket to the Production Facility.

CONNECT PRODUCTS TO FACILITY

You can connect products from 2 places.

From the production facility list view - top right button.

1. Select the products from the left and choose a production facility from the right and click save.

Or

Go to a specific product, by going to edit product then select the production facility from the dropdown on the left, then click save.

SHIPPING SETTINGS

You can only use production facility with split shipping enabled since it needs to calculate each product separately according to the correct Product-Facility correlation.

Go to Company Settings ->Advance.

Select: Split Shipping and Allow Shipping Address selection by Job (choose this only to allow for shipping to multiple places-not necessary), for testing purposes I have also selected Show Shippment Breakdown option.

CALCULATING SHIPPING COSTS

By setting shipping to testing i can see clearly how the products are calculating shipping. Without split shipping the products would be combined and would be cheaper.

You will notice the shipping truck, by clicking it you will see the rates pop up. You should disable when you go live.
