Production Facility

To use production facility please contact administration and see if it is part of your package. If it is, go to Manage Producer --> Options --> Production Facilities. Click on Add New Production Facility. Enter the info on the left.

If you have a GoSendEx account, you can connect it to a Production Facility. GoSendEx is an additional add on that sends an email to the Production Facility.

CONNECT PRODUCTS TO A FACILITY

You can connect products from different 2 places.

Method 1 - Click on the Manage Products button.

On that page, select the products using the checkboxes on the left and choose a production facility from the dropdown on the right and click on Update Selected Products .

Method 2 - Go to a specific product then select the production facility from the dropdown on the left, then click Save.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN PRODUCTS ARE SET TO A PRODUCTION FACILTY, JOBS MAY BE SPLIT INTO MULTIPLE ORDERS DEPENDING ON THE PRODUCTION FACILTY OF THE PRODUCT.
