Edit Customer Data Directly
Occasionally customers data for a product needds changing. This happens when either the information the customer entered is not correct or perhaps a change was made to the blocks file that requires the information be changed in the code in the data and adding a function. For example perhaps a command was missing from the original file, it was corrected in the product which will fix the future orders however existing orders will still need the command added. You can also check how the Blocks logic was saved in the database within a paragraph.
To edit customer data:
Go to the job details page.
Click on the Edit Customer Data button.
On the edit data page, click on the pencil edit icon for the line you want to edit.
Click on the checkmark to update.
