Create estimate product using estimate xml

Estimate products can be created using an excel spreadsheet removing the need to create individual services and job types for the products.

The spreadsheet would need to be set up with each option as a field header, with the mandatory files of Quantity, Price and if you are using weight to auto calculate shipping you would use Weight.

Your sheet for uploading would look something like below depending on the product options

Once you have your spreadsheet set up go to Manage Products / Company products and click add new product 

Select estimate xml as the product type (if it you don't see it on your list of product types email support to enable it)

Save the products.

Once saved you will see a new button on the top left labeled "design"

Click select to navigate your computer to find your file and click upload

Then click the tab you wish to upload and click select. The system will then convert the excel file to xml

 Click Save

Click run to test the file
