Create estimate product (wide format)

Estimate Product

The first step is to create a price matrix go to 

Go to services and select price matrix

Here you can in put your pricing per square inch or square foot

create the matrix by clicking on add new matrix

Name the matrix, Width and height are mandatory fields but are not used when calculating wide format so you can put any value there and then select wide format

Once you have inserted the matrix click on the matrix name there you will be able to put in a price for each square inch or square foot

To create an Estimate Product and add it to the catalogue

1.From the Backend Menu select  Products> Company Products.

2. Click Add New Product.

3.Fill in the form as described in Create a Static Product.

4.Change Product Type to: Estimate

5.Select the job type ( See Job Type in https://support.racadtech.com/a/solutions/articles/36000017949)

6.Save the product

7.Locate the product in the list then click the Estimate Product Detail (top left corner)

8.Start Adding items for the Product by clicking 

9.User either:

10.Add New Item: This option allows entering options with single price

Enter name for the item

Select with number of pages or set the Manual entry

Enter default Width and Height in inches

Enter Price of one page (or one squared inch)

Select a thumbnail for this item

Click the save button
