Shared Inventory

Setting up Shared Inventory

1. From the main menu click inventory / shared inventory

2. Click the Add New shared inventory link


3. Name the field and type a description (Optional

4. Reorder quantity (optional) type when you would like the email address in manage producer to be notified when the inventory gets to this point

5. Stock (optional) If you have set up stocks in manage producer you can select it here.

6. Quantity in stock (Optional) you can set the quantity on hand here

7. Invoice (optional) if there is an invoice associated with the inventory you can put it here

8. Notes (optional) type any other information about the inventory

Associate product to inventory

1. Navigate to the item you want to use shared inventory and click to edit the product.

2. On the main product page scroll to the inventory section and click the inventory check box.

3. Select the inventory you want the product to pull from the shared inventory dropdown.

4. Click Save
