Custom Order Numbers

Order numbers can now be customized in two ways, either by company order number or by Producer order number (Note the ePower order number still displays in production but can be removed on documents such as Invoices, work orders, packing slips and such see custom documents for instruction)

The Producer custom order number with sequentially number all orders for all companies, the company order  number will sequentially number orders for the company only.

To set the producer order number:

Go to Manages Sites / Manage Producer

Under the options tab select Custom Order numbers

Tick Enable Producer order numbering and type your starting number. Note that Starting number CANNOT be changed once set

To enable Company order numbers

Navigate to Manage Sites /  Manage Companies

Click the edit Icon for the company you want to set order numbers for

To add letters or other characters in front of the order number, put the characters followed by {0} in the 'Format' field. Example U-{0}
