If the InDesign Document has bleeds then use the ‘Use Document Bleed’ check box on the job details page in the backend when processing manually. The check box on the job details page can checked by default by using the setting in Product Advanced > Output Options section > ‘Use Document Bleed Settings: (As defined in the InDesignDocument)’.
