Order Fee Settings

Order Fees can have rules for which products the Order Fee applies to.

Product setting is set on main product set up page - Pricing section

Note: The Per Order Charge text seen on the billing page can be customized in the company labels page.

Company settings are set in Company Advanced (BILLING - ORDER FEE section)

Order Fee Fixed - This is a fixed dollar amount applied to the order on the billing page.     

Order Fee Percentage – This is a percentage amount of the order subtotal (before tax and shipping) applied to the order on the billing page. This will be added to the Fixed Fee if filled in.

Order Fee Settings Drop Down:

Default (Fixed + Percentage * Subtotal) – Adds either fixed fee or percentage or both no matter the product setting.

Apply to All When Selected Products are in Cart – If there is a product without the Order Fee Calculation set, a percentage is still added on all products. Note: A Selected Product is a product that has the Order Fee Calculation setting checked.

Apply to Selected When Selected Products are in Cart- The percentage is only applied to products that have the Order Fee Calculation setting checked.

Order Fee Threshold:   (0 for no upper value) 

Always return Fixed Order Fee:  (when rules do not apply)  -  Does not include percentage when a product is not set to rules but still includes the fixed fee.   

Apply to First Order Only - When checked it applies the percentage order fee from all orders only to the first order if order is split (without a flat rate for the second order). Otherwise the order fee is applied to every order (when applicable by rules).

How to use Product Order Fee Multiplier.

The Product Order Fee Multiplier allows you to apply an Order Fee based on product-specific multipliers. Only the product with the highest multiplier in the cart will be used to calculate the fee.

Company Settings:

Navigate to the "Company Advanced" page.

Under "Order Fee Settings" select the option Default With Product Multiplier.

Order Fee label can be changed in Company/Options/Labels

Product Settings:

Go to Page “Product Setup” page

Enter a value for the product multiplier to be used.

Note: Order Fee Calculation does not need to be checked in product.
