When you create a new company there is a 'copy from' drop down. All of the settings on the edit page and advanced page and email page as well as labels and messages and order fields will be copied, we do not copy shipping and billing methods on purpose. For products, you can copy the default catalog from one company to another using copy to other companies in the catalog setup page. as products can be shared between companies. If you don’t want to share or products will have to be copied one by one and put in a catalog.
