Turnaround times allow to set a price based on when the customer requires specific products for example:
regular 3-5 business days - $0.00
Rush 2-3 Business days -$10.00
Same day ( order received before noon)- 50.00
To set turnaround time
1. Go to Manage Sites / Manage Producer
2. Under the options tab select Turnaround times
3. Click the Add New Record link
Type the name of the option you want to use (this is for internal purposes only) and select the display type
4. Type the name of the Option you would like in the dropdown, in the days column type the days and either the fixed rate or percentage of the order
Connect Turnaround time to product.
1. from the menu select Manage Products / Company Products
2. Click to edit the product you want to connect the turnaround to
3. Under the options tab click Product options
4. In the turnaround section type the friendly name for the option and select the the turnaround option you created in the dropdown
5. Click Save
