Time Zone

To set a producer time zone, go to Manage Producer > Options > Settings

Note: The servers are located in Canada in the Eastern Time Zone and follow Daylight Saving Time. If your Country does not use Daylight Saving Time then you will need to adjust your time zone setting twice a year. There is a one hour difference. All date/times are saved in the database as Eastern Time and are converted on web pages. Any change to the producer time zone will show immediately after refreshing the web page.

Daylight Saving Time begins at 2:00 a.m. on the second Sunday in March. Daylight Saving Time ends on the first Sunday in November at 2:00 a.m.
