To create a new user
As a manager:
Under the Administration tab select Add/edit users
As a Producer:
In the back end select Manage companies / Manage users
Select the company you are associating the user to
Click the add new user link
Fill in User name, Password and email click save
On the next page fill in the mandatory fields (FirstName, LastName, Email, Address1, City, Province, PostalCode, Country )
Select the users roll (usually customer) for details on roles click here
Click save
