Manage Resources (Producer)

Manage resources is an area that is used by managers and producers. 

Managers have access to company resources from the front end for their company only.

Producers can manage assets for all companies plus have an extra area called My Resources that can be used to store assets that you would need for your products or website like home page images.

To get to Resources in the backend go to Manage Companies then to Manage Resources. From the dropdown select the company you want to store your assets on or choose My Resources.

Within each Company you can store your documents either in Image, Documents or Media. 

When you click on a node/folder (Images, Document or Media) or on a sub node/sub folder you can then choose to create a folder or upload an asset directly to that folder.

When you choose to upload an asset if the asset exists already make sure to check the checkbox that allows for overwriting existing files.
