Assigning Groups to Partners

Assigning groups to partners will allow those groups to be automatically assigned to users when a user is created as part of a partner (location).

On the Partner page select the partner options button.

Next select the Groups Button on the top menu.

Select the Groups on the left that pertain to this Partner and click Save.

If users are ALREADY created then you will need to manually apply the correct group(s) to that user or users.

Now that the Group is connected to a partner, when you assign a partner location to a user the group will also be associated with that user.
