Tags can be added to products to make them more search friendly.
To add product tags to a product click to edit a product
Under the options tab select product tags
Enter Tags separated by spaces. Surround a tag with double (or single) quotes if it contains spaces.
Example: casual "women shirt" "one size fit all"
The above saves 3 tags. Duplicate tags will be deleted. Case-insensitive. 
Once tags are set you can add them to your company bootstrap templates as filters or tags.
The url would be /Store/Site/Layout/custom.aspx?SE=Tagname
As an example the below image would look like as follows:
