Custom Welcome and New user email

You can write a custom email to send both when a user registers and when they are activated.


To have a new user NOT active when they register, go to company settings > Options > Default and check 'Register New User as Inactive'




To set up the custom emails go to Manage sites > Manage Producer, under the options tab select email templates


Select the new users tab, here you can put in the content that will be sent when a user registers using .html name and save the template. This will be the email that gets automatically sent when a user requests an account

The Welcome email is set up the same way under the welcome tab. The will be the email that is sent in when you click "send welcome email" the users profile after you have activated them


Once you have set up the 2 emails navigate to Manage Sites < Manage Companies and edit the company you want the emails you want to send from.

There under the layout tab you set the email design to custom and select the template you want to use


Then in the Email Settings under the email tab click the "Send Welcome" or "New user Email to New User" box.
