Gatekeepers and Managers and Dealers can be linked to other companies to approve and view orders in those storefronts. To link users you must first set up a Manager or Gatekeeper or Dealer in one of the storefronts (see creating users).
1. Click edit for the storefront the Manager of Gatekeeper is member of.
2. Under the Options tab click the Link Users link.
3. In the dropdown select the role of the user you want to link.
4. Select the user by ticking the checkbox next to the user and tick the companies you want the user to be able to see.
The user should now be able to see orders from selected storefronts.
Note: If you have already linked users and you want to see which companies a user is linked to then select the user by ticking the box associated to the user and then click on Update List by First User. Or go to the user profile instead. The linked companies will show in the user profile near the bottom.
