This product will allow you to upload a spreadsheet as well as upload images and associate them with the correct recipient.
LINKING IMAGES TO RECIPIENTS
The user may upload images and manually drag the image to the correct recipient.
If you would like to set the product to automatically associate the image with the correct recipient you must specify that in the blocks command.
Use the function status
Value: filename={Name of block}
Where filename is the name of image. So for example if the name of my block is {Name} and my images are called Tom.jpg, Jim.jpg, Kate.jpg then my value would be filename="{Name}".
If the name of my block is {Full Name} and my images are called Tom_headshot.gif, pete_headshot.gif then the value for my block would be filename="{Full Name}"_headshot
Mandatory
In order for mandatory to work you must indicate it on the block by using the block function status and the value mandatory. As well you need to include the spreadsheet template in the input structure area.
Verifying input using the dropdown block function
You may verify the information that is entered by the user by using the dropdown block function. For example if you have a Block field called Title. You may use the block function dropdown and the values could be aaa;bbb;Ccc. Note that the values are case sensitive.
