Adding Additional Fields to User's Profile

You can do this by using 'UserField' functionality. The setup for user fields are the company settings. More> Labels >User Fields. You can name the fields whatever you want to. Required means that is a mandatory field when a user is created.

You have the options to show these fields on the invoice or email.

This can be connected to the blocks account data functionality, In the block it will go by userfield1 and userfield2, not the label you have given it.
