Upload/Update Products Using A Spread Sheet

You can import products with xls or xlsx. Upload the images all at once, then  put the image name in the spread sheet and it will line up when the product is created.


To upload products go to the Select Action drop down on the Manage Products page. Click the Upload Products link from there.



The fields we currently accept are:


Required Fields - ProductName, SKU


Optional Fields -Description, Abstract, ProductType, SetupPrice, SetSize, MinimumQuantity, Weight, Image, Inventory, ProductStyle ,PriceSetID, PriceShowMethod, ReOrderQty, Active


Select the company you are uploading products to in the dropdown

Select the method you want to use to add or update products


If creating thumbnails for your products ensure that the image field in the excel contains the exact file name for example "imagename.jpg" with no spaces.

If connecting pricing ensure you have created the price sets first and put the price set ID in the PriceSet field


Images upload:


Drag and drop your image into the image section, wait for all images to load and click upload images


The system will confirm the number of valid images, click upload if prompted


Products File upload:


Click select to navigate your computer to the excel to upload


Click select Upload products


The system will make note of New products, updated products and invalid products.


Click on the link to add / update valid products


To access, go to the Manage Products page and click on the Upload Products tab.
