To add dimensions to your packages to get shipping rates you need to first create your packages in the Manage Producer Settings Area.
In the Producer Area -> Go to Shipping ->Custom Packages
In this area create a new package and add the necessary size information as well as give it a name.
Please note that at this time this feature will only work if you have your own account with FedEx and UPS.
Once your packages are set up you need to enable them in your company settings.
Company Settings -> Advance
Once that is done you may add them to your products.
Go to the Main Product Set Up Page.
In the Weight and Packaging Area select your Custom Package in the drop down.
