You can use custom emails where you can write in content of your own for 4 of the emails.
To change the company to use the custom email, go to the company info main page, on the layout tab, change Email Design from Banner Top to Custom. To edit the content in the custom emails go to the company toolbar and then go to email > design. You can use the preview button to see how the email would have looked for a previous order.
