Go to Bootstrap Custom Layout and then the Head Tag tab. Look for an href to a file in a css folder that looks something like /Storage/1/801/Bootstrap/css/skin-orange.css or /Storage/1/4087/Bootstrap/css/color5.css. Put that path in the URL after .com and downloaded the file, find the colour you want to replace and change it to your colour and then uploaded to that company's bootstrap css by going to Bootstrap > Custom CSS. Then change the href in the head tag to the new path. Save and use the Clear Cache link located under the Save button.
