Download the latest PDFlib Block Plugin for your desktop. Currently, only version 3.5 or below is supported. Version 4 is not supported online.
For version 3.5 go to http://www.pdflib.com/download/pdflib-family/block-plugin-35/ or go to http://www.pdflib.com/download/pdflib-family/.
Once downloaded, it should only take a minute to install. Run the installation wizard. Open up Acrobat Professional and you should see on the top right of the menu an option for PDFlib Blocks.
If you would like the Block icon to apear on your tool bar click on Tools, then Customize Toolbars, then select the Block icon.
Now you're ready to go.
