A web sevice key needs to be generated for each user.
Go to Backend > Manage > Producer Tools. Look for Web Service Keys for Producers. Then on that page 'Add New Web Service Key'.
User name: fill with the username of a user that has already been created (important)
Company Name: fill with company name (for reference in this table)
Application Name: fill with goepower (again this is for reference)
Company ID: enter the epower company id (important)
Remote IPs: leave blank
