How to create a picture with rounded corners

1. Make a file of the blue frame (PDF or transparent PNG).

2. Place it somewhere in the Resource Center. Command filename ... value=~/Storage/206/7944/0/Assets/Images/(Frame file)

3. Use the "layer" command for the photo block (layer=1)

4. Use the "layer" command on the frame file. (layer=2)

5. Make the photo block slightly smaller than the frame.

Doing this way, Go Epower will place the photo first then the frame. (giving the effect of rounded corners)
