It is possible to allow the user to choose from multiple ink colors AND have that ink populate into the field for the job ticket. The same goes for Stocks and Finishes.
Before you begin make sure that they are listed in the product spec settings. Then in the PDF Lib Wizard use the following custom command:
Command: dropdown
value: ink
------
Command: status
Value: no print
